Cheap Film Is It All That Bad? Fuji C200

As professional film can be quite expensive one may want to try cheaper film, although you may be skeptical about using cheaper film but but is it all really that bad?
In this post i am  going to be talking about Fuji C200 CN (Fuji Colo(u)r 200) and how for the cost i think it is a pretty reasonable film.

So it's cheap, but how cheap is it? From where i buy it from a pack of three 24ex costs £5.97, which is just under £2 a roll and in comparison to some other colour negative films that's rather cheap.

Why should i try it? What's good about it? Latitude for error, this film has a great latitude for error. I would say it would be hard for most people to get a really bad exposure using this film, i shot three rolls through my K1000 with no meter and all of the shots came out fine. Which means this would be a great film if you are using a camera with no meter/none working meter and you haven't a external light meter and/or if you are using a camera with limited capabilities in terms of shutter speeds and aperture. It has good colour rendition, good sharpness and pleasant grain.

In conclusion i feel it is a good film in the cheaper market and buying a few rolls won't break the bank so i would recommend checking it out and giving it a test.

Some photos i took with this film
